What can I say but JS has done it again. What another great series. This is the final book in this series and it takes you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions and with each page turned you can't wait to find out what happens. Greyson is one of the most mysterious and intriguing characters I have read but couldn't help to not fall in love with him. Meg is a tough woman looking for the truth and seeing past the walls that Greyson has put up. Their chemistry is off the charts and you will not be disappointed in this book or even this series so do not hesitate to get it

JS Cooper has become one of my favorite authors.

I totally loved reading the Ex-games, prior to The Private Club series, I had a LOVE /HATE / LOVE relationship with Brandon and the way he treated Katie in that series, in the end however he sorta redeemed himself although getting there by the way he treated the person he supposedly loved was harsh.
Now getting to know Grayson and Meg and learning further of Grayson relationship with Brandon in this series - I wondered what sorta person Brandon really was and what sorta demented person Grayson was also. So much intrigue reading this series that I couldn't put it down or read fast enough.

In this book we learn the back story of Brandon, Grayson and the activities that really happen at their club. Which made a really good read. Lust, love, mystery, intrigue, deceit and betrayal seem to be the key components for this very intriguing read. It did caught me off guard that this was not the conclusion and it ended with a cliffhanger...

I try to avoid starting unfinished series or those that seem to continue in a high number of books with short chapters... So I was disappointed to find out that the story don't end here. The mystery about David/Ryan, Patsy and Nancy went unanswered in this book... because there's more to come with another series...... HATE cliffhangers and endless series =0(

I do however still recommend The Ex-games first and The Private Club - Excellent reads.
This was where they lost me. As always, it gets two stars because the second is for finishing a novel--even if I didn't particularly care for it.
In this case, I will say I was very impressed with the writing. And there was lots of potential with the story. If you read the first two you know Meg is at the club. A very exclusive 'club' where some mysterious things have happened in the past.

Meg learns that a girl died there years before and that girls younger sister, Nancy (who has come looking for answers) is now missing. Meg has spent her few days (yeah, days) at the club getting close to the mysterious (obviously) rich (hello) sexy (duh) club owner, Greyson. This guy is clearly up to something.

So this is all fine and dandy, right?
No. The story is great. Smooth. Then you get to, idk, the last fifty pages and the author(s) must have realized there was a race to the finish. Everything is thrown in there, forcing drama, when in reality nothing happens.
*spoiler, I'm telling you now, spoiler*
The club is actually a detox place where they spend their own money to send girls--who are on the streets and strung out--to get help.

Oh come the freak on!! It's obvious that the author(s) couldn't stand letting Greyson be a villain. They made this Private Club into some soft cuddly facade (after they'd already written the bad stuff about it) because of a classic author mistake
Fear of hurting your character. It happens, but it absolutely ruined this story. At least for me it did.
The Ex Games followed with The Private Club is two series you DO NOT WANT TO MISS. Brandon and Greyson are two alpha males you will love. These two series have captivated me and I could not get enough. The suspence through out the The Private Club has kept me on pins and needles waiting for the next book so I could get more answers. Private Club 3 did not disappoint. It was everything and more that I wanted it to be. J.S. you absolutely rock my world and I am so looking forward to After the Ex Games as well as all the new releases for the year. Thank you for this awesome journey!!!!
(too me adding this later book #1 does have more steam than they other books but don't let that get you silly, it doesn't mean the other 2 do not have steam, just 1 has tons more??!) they all came out in Feb 2014, I am shocked that they didn't work as 2 books, I am not sure how they decided to break it up into 3 books? I love the mystery side of the book, not that the other parts are not interesting or do not pull you in. They do for sure. I love Greyson, I tend to like the characters that most don't ...he is a totally jerk, but he doesn't tell you otherwise, u like it or don't??! what you get it there, there are no hidden mirrors. Now why I say there should be only 2 books, it seems you keep hinting around the point and where the book will head but it ending of each book kind of makes you think? Okay will I ever know the point? So glad for me personally that all 3 were out so I could see the ending. It is there. promise. If you are one who can wait, please do. so Worth IT!! I am totally new to J.S. Cooper and Helen Cooper ... not sure what they are? sisters? brothers? same person? hubby & wife? does that ever happen? that would be a cool team of writers? I will have to do my research. I am so glad I did find them and can not wait to see what else they do write. Book #1 was free at the time ...how I was sucked into the whole set. Must read. Loved it. And I would say that ending that mean book #3 has a HEA ending. check it out! (
